If you follow me or my bookish company Tearstain Books on Instagram or YouTube, you know that A Court of Thorns and Roses is one of my all-time favorite book series—like many, many other fans of fantasy romance with heaps of steam.
So I didn’t know what to do with myself with Sarah J. Maas announced that she and Ron Moore (executive producer of Outlander) are adapting ACOTAR into a TV series for Hulu. I’m excited and nervous and overjoyed and terrified and impatient. All at once.
I know a lot of people have mixed feelings, some people are even upset. I, for one, though, am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. Plus, Sarah’s involved. Besides us readers, there’s not a person who knows and loves these characters more than her.
She did write them, after all.
In honor of the future TV series, here are the (gorgeous) stars that I would cast as characters from my beloved A Court of Thorns and Roses series.
